2022 has been a challenging year in the leisure sector. We saw sales drop month by month as the energy crisis took grip in the UK. Industry experts are expecting to see a mass exodus of hot tub companies. With some saying up to 50% could close in 2023. We have made some major changes to the business quite quickly, to ensure we are here for the long run. This means we have had to scale back on our operations and this mean that until the Summer time arrives we will be closing weekends for the time being - Although we will be available to open at weekends by appointment Only and all chemicals can be posted to you or delivered if local to us.
The aim of the game is to allow us to weather this storm that could hit this industry for a number of years. Your support more than ever is appreciated and needed.- Many Thanks to each and everyone of you for supporting us and staying loyal to our family run business.
